Stayed here last night. Booked an “apartment” online which was the Henley Suite … it’s very spacious with a little kitchen area for making a snack. Clean, comfortable and quiet and was very grateful for a lovely bath with rain shower over as have stayed in a few hotels this month and it’s just been a shower cubicle. Hotel feels like it’s in the countryside but was just a short drive into Coventry to meet family last night. Receptionist was friendly and helpful on check in. Slept with the window open over the front of the hotel and no road noise at all. Would definitely stay again … very good value and I would always choose comfortable, clean and quiet over “luxury”.
Stayed here on my way to the north. The location was very quiet and peaceful. There was enough parking. Staff were very friendly and polite – had a nice chat with some of them and they gave good tips on local places to visit and eat. The place is a bit dated and could use some updates, but overall, for the price, it was a good stay.
